Effective: October 7, 2026
Revised: October 9, 2026
This policy explains how Kazuma Arakaki ("we") handles your information in the iPhone app Yat Tat Ta (the "App").
| Information | Details |
|---|---|
| Account ID | The user ID that Firebase Authentication assigns when you first open the App. You do not enter anything for it, and it is not linked to information that identifies you. Only if you sign in with Apple do we also receive a sign-in identifier from Apple. We do not ask Apple for your name or email, and we never receive them. |
| Squat sets | For each set: when you started tapping, the day it counts for, the number of squats, the Dopa earned in Fever Time, and when our server received it. |
| Card numbers when you share to LINE or X | Only when you tap "Share on LINE" or "Share on X", the App sends the numbers shown on today's record card (the date, your streak, whether you tapped on each of the last 7 days, today's Dopa, and your Dopa for the last 7 days) and your display language. Our server draws the card image from these numbers and puts it at a public URL (https://yat-tat-ta.web.app/s/…). Anyone with the URL can see the image. The image and the URL do not contain your account ID. We check your account ID when the numbers are sent, only to confirm the request comes from the App, and we do not store it with the image. With "Share Another Way", the image is made on your iPhone and nothing is sent to us. |
| Connection data | When the App talks to Firebase, technical data such as your IP address and device type may be processed on Google's servers. We do not collect or use this data per user. |
Your squats per set, your Not-Yet Reminder settings, and markers for notices you've already seen stay on your iPhone and are never sent anywhere. Reminders are also scheduled on your iPhone.
We use it for nothing else. It is never used to show ads, analyze usage, or track you across other apps and websites.
We store your information with Firebase, a service of Google LLC (United States).
Google describes how it protects data held in Firebase in its data processing terms.
Sign in with Apple is optional and provided by Apple. Apple handles your information under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Apart from the above, we never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
We keep your information only while your account exists.
Tap "Delete Account" in the App's settings to delete all your sets and your account and to disconnect the App from your Apple ID. If you have not signed in with Apple, tap "Delete All Records" to delete all your sets. The emptied anonymous account is deleted, or, if it cannot be deleted, the App stops using it and it remains without any sets attached. Deleted information cannot be restored. It may take some time before it is fully removed from Google's systems.
Card images you share to LINE or X are kept so they keep showing in your posts. They do not contain your account ID, so after you delete your account or sets they remain without being linked to anyone. To have a specific image removed, send us its URL at the contact below.
Signing out does not delete your sets. Sign in again with the same Apple ID to get them back. After you sign out, the App starts over with a new account and no sets.
All communication between the App and Firebase is encrypted. Your saved sets can be read and written only from the account that created them.
To access, correct, stop the use of, or delete your information, contact us at the address below. We will confirm your identity and respond as required by law. You can also delete everything right away with "Delete Account" (or "Delete All Records" if you have not signed in) in the App.
When you open the App's website (https://yat-tat-ta.web.app/ and the pages under it, except this privacy policy), the following information is sent to these services. The App itself does not use them.
| Sent to | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (Google LLC) | The page URL, the page or link you came from, taps on the App Store button, turning on the video sound, browser and device type, screen size, language, approximate location, IP address, and an identifier stored in a browser cookie | To count visits and App Store button taps, and to improve the website. Advertising features are off. No cookies are used when you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland |
| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | IP address, browser type, and the page URL | To display the website's typefaces |
Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy. To stop sending data to Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser.
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page and add the revision date below the effective date.
